We start with a real conversation about what you want, what’s going on, where you’re feeling stuck, and why. This gives me what I need to shape the work so it’s useful from the start.
Another crucial early step is building on the self-awareness from the Get UnStuck Compass™ assessment: how you’re wired, what you default to under pressure, and what consistently helps you move.
From there, I help you uncover what kind of stuck you’re in—what’s holding you in place.
Do you need clarity, confidence, permission, information, or a way through competing priorities?
Are you overthinking, avoiding a hard trade-off, or carrying someone else’s expectations?
Once we name the stuck, we can work with it.
As a coach, I’m not here to make choices for you. I’m here to help you get clear, then act.
The clarity comes from you. I help you name what’s true, spot the patterns running in the background, and choose the next step that fits you and what you’re trying to achieve.
You leave with a workable plan, and more confidence in your ability to carry it out. For some people, the engagement ends here. Others keep going, because new situations come up as you grow. In those moments, it helps to have an objective and trusted partner who understands how you’re wired—so you can get clear faster and keep moving.
You bring a question, challenge, or decision. I bring a point of view. I’ll help you name what’s actually going on, what matters, and what you’re really choosing between. Then I’ll recommend a path and explain my reasoning behind it.
I offer advising in three spheres:
You leave with a recommendation you can use, with the rationale behind it and the trade-offs laid out plainly.
Depending on the complexity of the situation, sometimes that’s a one-time decision session. Sometimes it’s a short stretch of work to untangle what’s really going on and land on a direction you can communicate with conviction.
