I’ve always been fascinated by why people do what they do, and how a small shift can change everything. That curiosity has fueled four decades of work in strategy, human behavior, and leadership. I use my experience in pattern recognition to help clients cut through doubt and detours, see what’s really happening under the surface, and take a next step that turns the swirl into a clear decision—and then into forward motion.

Over the years, I’ve built departments and launched teams.  I’ve guided people, teams, organizations and brands through reinvention and realignment: the kind of change that’s messy on the inside, even if the results look perfectly polished. I’ve created and led leadership training initiatives that participants still talk about years later. I’m known for asking the questions others don’t. The ones that shift the whole frame.

My career has taken me across continents and categories: from Pepsi and Diageo (London + the U.S.) to agencies like JWT and Saatchi, and later Horizon Media. Along the way, I’ve been honored with awards, including an Effie Gold, Ad Age Women to Watch, and NOW-NYC Woman of Power & Influence. I’m grateful for the recognition.

But what really excites me is the work behind it: helping people see themselves and their options more clearly — without the noise, the second-guessing, or the pressure to have it all figured out. It’s work that’s deeply personal and endlessly rewarding. Because there’s nothing more powerful than helping someone move past the situation or mindset that’s been holding them back from where they want to go.
